Why Partner With OnSpot?
A Wellness Benefit That Actually Gets Used
Most employees know they should see a dermatology professional annually. Few actually do — because it means taking half a day off, finding a provider, and waiting months for an appointment. OnSpot solves all of that.
Minimal Time Away from Work
On average, employees lose a half to a full day of productivity for each off-site doctor visit. With OnSpot, employees step outside for 10–15 minutes, get their annual skin exam, and get back to work — all without leaving your building.
We Handle Everything
OnSpot manages all marketing materials, scheduling, procedures, billing, and follow-up care. We don't need office space or facility power. Just one parking spot and we take care of the rest.
Wellness That Makes an Impact
Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the world. Annual screenings catch it early — when it's most treatable. Offering OnSpot as a workplace benefit shows your employees you invest in their long-term health.

Beyond the Mobile Visit
Your Employees Don't Fall Through the Cracks
A Derma Drive® event is the beginning — not a one-time visit. When an employee needs follow-up care, biopsy results, or a procedure that requires a permanent facility, OnSpot's network of Florida offices is right there. Same practice. Same providers. No referral runaround.
- Employee seen on mobile unit at your workplace
- Follow-up scheduled at next mobile visit to your location
- Or referred to the nearest OnSpot office — same day if urgent
- Mohs surgery, biopsies, and complex care available in-office

Life Saving Achievement Award
We Recognize the People Who Make It Possible
Quarterly, OnSpot recognizes the HR leaders, benefits managers, and company executives who invite us to serve their employees. Because of them, OnSpot has found skin cancers and melanomas on patients who never would have been seen by a dermatology professional otherwise. We call them life savers — because that's exactly what they are.
The Process
How a Derma Drive® Works
We work with your HR and Benefits team to manage every detail — from kickoff communication 30 days out, through post-event follow-up care.
30 Days Before
- OnSpot provides your HR or Benefits team with co-branded marketing materials — flyers, provider bios, and content ready to post on your company intranet, Slack, email blast, or bulletin boards.
- We create a custom booking URL for your company so employees can self-schedule online anytime. Employees can also call (941) 444-0011.
- All insurance paperwork is completed digitally in advance to minimize time inside the clinic.
3 Days Before
- OnSpot sends email and text message reminders to all employees who have booked an appointment.
Day of Derma Drive®
- All appointments are pre-set — but we also accept walk-ins throughout the day.
- We typically park from 8 AM to 6 PM to accommodate as many employees as possible.
- A full medical team is on site: providers, medical assistants, receptionist, and a greeter at the vehicle entrance to direct traffic and answer walk-in questions.
- Our clinics provide treatment for any skin condition: cancer screenings, acne, psoriasis, and cosmetic procedures like Letybo® and fillers.
Day After
- OnSpot sends a patient satisfaction survey to every employee seen.
- Results are delivered through our secure patient portal. Employees can manage prescriptions, receive test results, and message their provider.
- Follow-up appointments can be scheduled via our telehealth platform, at the next mobile visit to your location, or at a nearby OnSpot office — whichever is most convenient for the employee.
