SMS / Text Message Program

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any OnSpot Dermatology form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from OnSpot Dermatology as part of the OnSpot Dermatology Patient Messaging Program.

Types of Messages

Messages may include appointment reminders, no-show follow-ups, annual care recall outreach, billing reminders for outstanding balances, post-procedure care instructions, and other patient care notifications relevant to your dermatology care at OnSpot Dermatology.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your care activity and the programs you are enrolled in. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-enroll.
