About Allan C. Harrington
Dr. Allan C. Harrington is the Medical Director of OnSpot Dermatology and a dermatology professional with subspecialty expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery and skin cancer surgery. He earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. Dr. Harrington completed his residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center and a two-year Mohs fellowship at Tufts Medical Center. He served as the director of Skin Cancer Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and later as an Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins. His extensive experience in complex skin cancer cases and reconstructive surgery serves as the clinical foundation for OnSpot Dermatology's surgical program across Central and South Florida.
