I had such a positive experience that I feel I really must leave a review. I visited the location at Pelican Landing in Bonita. First, I must admit that I had an appointment scheduled with OnSpot earlier that day and completely forgot about it. I called a few hours later and they were able to squeeze me in the same day without making me feel like a bad person. They were kind, courteous, and accommodating. Next, when I arrived to my visit, the gentleman doing check ins was very kind and personable. I was treated by Nicholas Tocco, PA-C for a skin exam and biopsy. He was absolutely fantastic. Humble, kind, extremely intelligent, and treated me like I mattered. Most offices treat you like a number, but I really felt like I mattered as a patient to this service provider. He looked at all of my problem areas and took the time to educate me on what was and wasn’t an area of concern. He looked into my charts prior to the start of my appointment and made sure that important items were not left unaddressed. My biopsy was nearly painless and he constantly made sure that I wasn’t experiencing discomfort. I’m someone who at the age of 30 was diagnosed with a very rare skin disorder that’s left me with hundreds of scars all over my body (after 8 years) and possibility of developing lymphoma, but left feeling encouraged, confident, and edified about my overall health. Prior to my appointment I was having a really crummy day. But when I left I actually felt better. Really blessed to have met this PA and his supportive team and staff. I pray this level of service continues. I’m out of network, but will definitely return just because of the level of care I received. 5 stars!

I just wanted to say thank you to the fantastic Onspot Dermatology team. Yesterday I had a mole removed from my back and the whole process could not have gone smoother. From signing in to completing the procedure.
In my opinion the difference is the staff, everyone is so friendly and pleasant to deal with.
This procedure was completed in one of the mobile Onspot units
located in Highland Lakes in Leesburg.
Such a great and convenient service.

1st skin cancer removal and it went well. I'm the world's biggest chicken and they handled me with great care.

Saw the PA. She was wonderful. I noted a few spots I was suspicious of and sure enough she removed the spots with biopsy. I have been to On Spot twice and fine their service excellent

So I signed up through my HOA, they had a mobile unit come to our community. It was for Cancer screening and offer services like Botox. At first I thought this was just a quick thing and then when I got there, I realized how legitimate this was. They literally had a whole mobile doctor’s office. They were professional and took the time needed to do an evaluation. I learned a lot of preventative care as a new Florida resident. The whole staff was wonderful. I recommend checking them out and they work with you so depending on where you live, they can recommend a time and date closer to you or you can go to their large office downtown.

I have been seeing another Dermatologist for the last several years. This was my first visit to On Spot and it was the most thorough screening I have ever had!

OnSpot was very convenient coming to Deer Creek. It was very easy making the appointment and going to it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Dr. was very respectful and polite. He answered all of my questions. Good job!

They usually stop by St cloud hospital for wellness exams and had some time today.

They are efficient to see you, and the facilities are comfortable and spacious despite being on the go. The MA Marcos was nice and provided me with discharge documents. Anna Smith the APRN was a sweetheart and took her time during the physical exam, and explained her plan of care in detail and made sure I understood. Dr Alexander Herbst was also there that day for other administrative duties and checked in as well and he was kind and personable. The patients in the community are lucky to have you all.

If you haven’t had a skin exam, I recommend you do. I was easy and stress free.

They were 35 minutes behind but WOW what an efficient, straightforward and proactive team.
