Allan C. Harrington, MD
Medical Director
Allan C. Harrington, M.D. is a graduate of Harvard College and Dartmouth Medical School. Board-certified in dermatology, Dr. Harrington completed his residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. In addition, he completed a two year Mohs Micrographic Surgery fellowship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Harrington is the former director of Skin Cancer Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. He is the author of numerous articles and textbook chapters on skin cancer and reconstruction.
Alexander Herbst, MD
Chief Medical Officer
A graduate of the Florida State University College of Medicine, Alexander T. Herbst, M.D., completed his residency in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where he additionally served as Chief Resident. Special awards and honors included Intern of the Year, the Irving and Eva Mills Dermatological Surgery Certificate, and the George Ioannides Teaching Award. Dr. Alexander continues his work with the University of Miami where he enjoys participating in the education and training of medical students and resident Dermatologists. His work to advance medical and surgical dermatology has been included in textbooks and published in multiple academic journals. He holds board certification in Dermatology as well as Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (MDS), commonly referred to as Mohs surgery. Dr. Alexander is a native of South Florida and he is excited to bring his passion for thorough, personalized medicine directly to his community through his work with OnSpot Dermatology.
Jay Herbst, MD FAAD
Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Herbst attended medical school at the University of Miami, and then completed two full residency training programs. He completed both Internal Medicine and Dermatology residencies at the University of Miami-affiliated hospitals and Mount Sinai Medical Center, and is Board-Certified in both specialties. He is recognized throughout the country as an outstanding academician, researcher, teacher, and practitioner. He has published over 40 medical journal articles and textbook chapters, and has lectured extensively at medical conferences. Dr. Herbst is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and is a member of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, American Medical Association, and the Florida Medical Association.
Sergey Arutyunyan DO, MS
Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Sergey Arutyunyan is a Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While in medical school, Dr. Arutyunyan was named 2015-2016 East Florida Physicians Alliance Scholar for his outstanding academic and research achievements. He was also inducted into Sigma Sigma Phi National Osteopathic Medicine Honors Fraternity. Furthermore, while at NSU, Dr. Arutyunyan was selected to serve as NSU COM research fellow, a prestigious opportunity allowing him to serve as Principal and Co-Principal Investigator for several research studies. As a medical student, he also received NSU Health Professions Division Research Grant, an accolade usually reserved for faculty led research.
After medical school, Dr. Arutyunyan completed his Internship at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, FL where he received “Intern of the Year” award. He then went to complete Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery Residency at Larkin Community Hospital where he served as a Chief Resident. He then pursued a fellowship in Mohs Surgery at the Skin Institute of South Florida under the mentorship of Dr. Eli Saleeby and a fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery at Hollywood Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Specialists under the mentorship of Dr. Eduardo Weiss. During the fellowships, Dr. Arutyunyan performed over a thousand cases of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and reconstructions. As well, Dr. Arutyunyan received advanced training in numerous cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Dysport, Fillers (Restylane, Juviderm, Radiesse, Sculptra, Belotero, and many others), platelet-rich-plasma, as well as Lasers.
Shahjahan Shareef, DO
Mohs Surgeon
Shah Shareef D.O. is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs and Cosmetic Surgeon. Dr. Shareef completed an accelerated dual undergraduate-medical degree program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Shareef completed his dermatology residency at OPTI West/Island Dermatology in Newport Beach, CA. Dr. Shareef trained under Dr. Eli Saleeby, a protege of Mohs micrographic surgery's founder, Dr. Frederic E. Mohs. With 3,000+ Mohs cases to his credit, he completed a fellowship involving over a thousand cases and advanced reconstructions. Concurrently, he pursued an American Society of Dermatologic Surgery Cosmetics Fellowship in South Florida with Dr. Eduardo Weiss & Dr. Shino Bay. His training covered a wide array of cosmetic procedures, including Botox®, dermal fillers, scar revision, and more. Dr. Shareef's contributions extend to presenting diverse dermatology topics at national conferences and publishing research in esteemed journals like JAMA Dermatology, BURNS, and Stem Cell Research and Therapy. Dr. Shareef is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and American College of Mohs Surgery. Outside of the office, Dr. Shareef enjoys traveling, running, tennis, basketball, music, and food.
Mohammad Khan, DO
Lab Director
Dr. Mohammad Khan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Microbiology. He earned his medical degree at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida. Dr. Khan’s Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency was completed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The following year, he completed an Endocrine, Head & Neck Pathology Fellowship at Yale before completing his Dermatopathology fellowship at ProPath in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Khan is board-certified with the American Board of Pathology. He also is a board-certified dermatopathologist with the American Board of Dermatology.
Charles Camisa, MD
Supervising Physician
Dr. Charles Camisa is a graduate of Cornell University and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He was an associate professor of Medicine at Ohio State University. From 1987 to 2006, Dr Camisa was a staff Dermatologists at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He was the Director of the Dermatology Residency Program from 1989 to 2006. From 1990 to 2006, he was the Vice Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at the Cleveland Clinic. From 2004 to 2019, Dr. Camisa was recognized as one of "America's Top Doctors" by CastleConnelly. In 2005, he was voted Dermatology Practitioner of the year by the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Camisa has contributed to the field of dermatology immensely. He is the author of over 140 peer-reviewed articles and textbook chapters on skin and oral diseases as well as the founder of the "Camisa Disease" which is a rare genetic variant of Vohwinkle's.
Peter Mattei, MD
Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Peter L. Mattei is a double board-certified dermatologist with specialized expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery — an advanced and highly effective technique for treating certain types of skin cancer. The procedure involves removing cancerous tissue layer by layer, with each layer examined microscopically by Dr. Mattei to ensure complete removal while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible. He has performed thousands of these surgeries with exceptional precision and care.
Dr. Mattei completed a fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology and is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgeons. He also completed a Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship through the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. His dermatology residency was at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, and he holds dual board certifications in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery.
Before his residency, Dr. Mattei served as a clinical research fellow in dermatology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, conducting dermatologic clinical trials. A proud veteran, he served as a U.S. Air Force flight surgeon, deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Dr. Mattei earned his undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary and his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in dermatology and dermatologic surgery.
Jennifer Wellisley, CRNP, DCNP
Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer is a 2006 graduate of Penn College with an Associates of Science degree in Nursing, 2010 graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, and 2015 graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing. In 2019 Jennifer earned her Dermatology board certification as an NP. Jennifer worked in family medicine for 1.5 years after becoming an NP, then went on to pursue her dream career in dermatology where she has worked since. She primarily specializes in medical and surgical dermatology, but also offers cosmetics. Prior to becoming an NP, she was an LPN for 7 yrs, and RN for 9 yrs.
Anna Smith, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Anna Smith, APRN, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from the University of South Florida in Tampa. After working in the ICU Department of a major Central Florida hospital, she followed her dream and furthered her education to obtain her Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner degree from South University in 2018. She has practiced as an APRN in both the Dermatology and Neurosurgery disciplines. Anna is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has a passion for various sports including wake surfing, wakeboarding, and wrestling.
Kim Delaney, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Kim, a board-certified nurse practitioner, began her nursing journey with a BSN from Palm Beach Atlantic University, serving as an RN in the United States Air Force and later the pediatric ICU. She furthered her education with a master's degree from Georgetown University. Driven by her passion for dermatology, she completed a post-master's dermatology certification at Florida Atlantic University. Kim brings expertise in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is an active member in the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and she balances her professional dedication by spending time with family and traveling.
Christine Sacco, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Christine is a Florida native with a passion for improving patient care and reducing skin cancers. While working in Mohs Micrographic Surgery she observed the devastating effects of skin cancers and the artful skill of cosmetic reconstruction from industry leaders. Christine has extensive experience working in critical care, surgery, and dermatology. Christine holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees graduating with honors in Nursing from Florida International University and in Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University. In pursuit of her goal to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, she then obtained a Master in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. While working in surgery throughout her nursing career, her interest in surgical dermatology continued to grow.
After becoming a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner she pursued a Post Masters in Dermatology for Nurse Practitioners from Florida Atlantic University gaining comprehensive training in medical and surgical dermatology. Christine enjoys all aspects of dermatology with a special focus on thorough exams, education, surgery, and aesthetics. She is always looking for dermatology conferences to provide the most current treatment to her patients and network with like-minded colleagues. Christine has been happily married for over 10 years and while away from work they enjoy exploring new places and restaurants, sport fishing, cooking, and playing with their English Bulldogs.
Kevin Hendrickson, APRN

Kevin Hendrickson, APRN is a board-certified dermatology provider with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana, earned in 2015. With over a decade of experience in fast-paced clinical settings, Kevin is passionate about delivering compassionate, results-driven care. He takes pride in building strong patient relationships and providing thoughtful, personalized treatment. Outside of the office, Kevin prioritizes time with his family and staying active through fitness. He believes in always striving to be his best—both personally and professionally.
Caitlin Dammin, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Caitlin Dammin is a board-certified physician assistant with extensive training and experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care and helping patients feel confident in their skin. Originally from Maryland, Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and has been practicing since 2013. Caitlin began her career in the United States Navy, where she provided care for active-duty service members and their families at Camp Pendleton. Today, she brings that same commitment and excellence to her work in private practice. Her clinical interests include skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, hair loss, and other hormonally driven skin conditions. Whether performing skin checks, treating chronic dermatologic conditions, or providing cosmetic procedures, Caitlin is dedicated to helping each patient look and feel their best. Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children biking, paddleboarding the intercoastal, and spending time in the great outdoors.
Mei Mei Chan, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Mei Mei Chan received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She then practiced general dermatology in Chinese in New York City for a year before moving to Florida. In Bonita Springs FL, she practiced laser cosmetic dermatology for three years. For the past ten years, she specialized in geriatric dermatology all across southwest FL in nursing homes, independent and assisted living facilities. She is a member of Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. In her downtime, she enjoys yoga, oil painting and volunteering at Gulf Coast Humane Society.
Nicholas Tocco, PA-C

Nicholas Tocco, PA-C is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where he completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. Trained in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, he is now proud to join the OnSpot Fort Myers team. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He currently resides in Naples with his wife and four children.
Vanessa Weir, PA-C

Vanessa Weir, PA-C, earned her Master of Medical Science from Lincoln Memorial University in TN. She trained at the Cleveland Clinic, before returning to SWFL where she has practiced in both dermatology and gastroenterology. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). Although she is California native, she considers herself a loyal Floridan at heart. She has spent over 20 years in SWFL and enjoys spending time with her family and dog in their everyday paradise.

She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in 2020, after completing dual bachelor's degrees in Biology (B.S.) and Piano Performance (B.M.) at the University of Central Florida. Brittany is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and is committed to providing comprehensive care for a wide range of dermatologic conditions and procedures. She blends clinical expertise with a warm, attentive bedside manner to ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and confidently cared for.
Mari "Trisha" Freeman, PA-C

Trisha is a board-certified physician assistant who has specialized in dermatology since 2004. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, clear skin through personalized care and education. Originally from California, Trisha earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and went on to receive her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. She recently relocated with her family to Miami and is excited to serve the local community. Outside of work, Trisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new places, hiking in nature, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
Jessica Campestrini, PA-C

Jessica Campestrini, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant licensed in the state of Florida and proudly serving the greater Orlando area. Originally from South Florida, Jessica is fluent in both English and Portuguese and values clear, compassionate communication with every patient. She is passionate about all aspects of dermatology, from skin cancer screenings to acne management, and is dedicated to delivering the highest level of care to her patients. Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida, where she completed clinical rotations at institutions including UF Shands Hospital and Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to becoming a PA, she obtained a Master’s degree in Skin Biology and Dermatological Sciences from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Florida Atlantic University. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys staying active, spending quality time with her family, and caring for her beloved dog, Teddy.
Eric Eisenberg
Physician Assistant
Eric completed his Physician Assistant studies at South University in Savannah, GA, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Since that time, he has worked in both dermatologic and orthopedic surgery alongside top-level, fellowship-trained surgeons in the fields of MOHS micrographic surgery, adult reconstruction, sports medicine, and trauma surgery. Eric went on to complete a dermatology fellowship and earned the title of Diplomate Fellow through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants—a distinction that highlights his advanced clinical training and commitment to excellence in dermatologic care. His primary clinical interests include skin and cutaneous surgery, skin cancer prevention and treatment, and acne management. Eric is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care that blends surgical expertise with a compassionate approach. Before becoming a physician assistant, Eric worked as a Nationally Certified Orthopedic Technician at a large trauma center in Virginia. He also served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. Eric’s philosophy is to treat every patient with the same level of care and respect he would offer to a member of his own family. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Eric lives with his wife Lexie and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Hanna Patel, PA-C

Hanna Patel graduated with a master’s in physician assistant studies from Wingate University in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Hanna joined her first general dermatology practice in North Carolina where she spent two years before moving back to Florida. She is also trained in cosmetic dermatology with a background in fillers and Botox. Since starting her career she has worked in emergency medicine and urgent care throughout Orlando, FL. Hanna is a board-certified physician assistant and member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology of Physician Assistants, and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Hanna currently plays a key role in our Sarasota territory.

Jessica Burke
Clinical Operations Manager
With a degree in Healthcare Management and nearly two decades of experience in Dermatology since 2007, Jessica has worked in multiple facets of the field, bringing deep knowledge and a passion for patient care to every role. Since joining OnSpot in 2021, Jessica has played a key role in the company’s expansion from two to nine clinic locations. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing Florida staycations and exploring the seas on cruises with her family, combining her love for outdoors and travel.
Makayla Scalli
Partner Success Representative
Makayla is the on-site manager for our Palm Beach team. She is a recent graduate of UMass Amherst where she studied communication and public service. She started working with OnSpot as a member on the phones team but loved it so much she decided to move from Massachusetts to Florida to become more involved with OnSpot. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with patients and working side by side with her team. She strives to put a smile on faces of everyone she interacts with.
Amanda Follis

Amanda has over 17 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career as a medical assistant at an OB/GYN in SE Michigan where she grew up. Amanda moved to SW Florida 6 years ago with her husband, and two children. Amanda started her journey with OnSpot at the front desk, however it was not long before she fell in love with sharing just how amazing OnSpot's services are, and the importance of skin cancer screenings. With this love, she found her new home on the partnerships team, as the Partner Success Representative for the Fort Myers territory.
Cam Hanley

Cam brings several years of sales experience prior to OnSpot. He has worked in both the Insurance and Technology Industry excelling with his ability to build relationships. With a passion for helping others he is proud to work for an organization that allows him to continue building relationships while making a difference in people's lives. As a General Manager, Cam focuses on relationship building and Derma Drive™ scheduling with communities and organizations across the state of Florida. Cam received his Undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts where he majored in Economics and minored in Criminal Justice. Cam currently works as a valued member of our Sarasota Team.
Dustin Hunt
General Manager
Dustin Hunt brings years of sales experience to OnSpot's business team. Previously, Dustin worked for Datto, a technology company in downtown Boston where he sold SaaS solutions to enterprise corporations. Previous to Datto, Dustin worked at Fuze, a global cloud communications and collaborative software company in Boston. As a General Manager at OnSpot, Dustin focuses on relationship building and Derma Drive™ scheduling with communities and organizations in Southwest Florida. Dustin received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and currently resides in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

Cassandra Hunt is the voice of OnSpot. She is OnSpot's patient coordinator and patient scheduler and the person patients speak to when they call in to schedule an appointment or have questions about OnSpot's services. Darin Hunt
Operations Manager
Darin is OnSpot’s Marketing and IT Manager. He is a recent graduate from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and has worked as a systems engineer and software engineer for the past three years. At OnSpot, Darin is responsible for how current and prospective patients hear about our services, keeping patients informed on company updates, branding as well as managing OnSpot’s IT infrastructure. He currently resides in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
Don Hunt
CEO
Don Hunt is the CEO of OnSpot overseeing sales, marketing and operations of the business. Don is not a dermatologist, but he enjoys working directly with communities, businesses and universities to bring a great service to their residents, employees and students. Don is committed to changing the way patients interact with their dermatologist and creating a patient experience like no other by bringing the practice to you. After graduating from Trinity College 6 years ago, Don worked at GE and Akamai Technologies in various management positions. Don currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida.
