Allan Harrington, MD
Medical Director
Allan C. Harrington, M.D. is a graduate of Harvard College and Dartmouth Medical School. Board-certified in dermatology, Dr. Harrington completed his residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. In addition, he completed a two year Mohs Micrographic Surgery fellowship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Harrington is the former director of Skin Cancer Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. He is the author of numerous articles and textbook chapters on skin cancer and reconstruction.
Alexander Herbst, MD
Medical Director
A graduate of the Florida State University College of Medicine, Alexander T. Herbst, M.D., completed his residency in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where he additionally served as Chief Resident. Special awards and honors included Intern of the Year, the Irving and Eva Mills Dermatological Surgery Certificate, and the George Ioannides Teaching Award. Dr. Alexander continues his work with the University of Miami where he enjoys participating in the education and training of medical students and resident Dermatologists. His work to advance medical and surgical dermatology has been included in textbooks and published in multiple academic journals. He holds board certification in Dermatology as well as Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (MDS), commonly referred to as Mohs surgery. Dr. Alexander is a native of South Florida and he is excited to bring his passion for thorough, personalized medicine directly to his community through his work with OnSpot Dermatology.
Kay Johnston, MD
Supervising Physician
Dr. Kay A. Johnston was born and raised in Iowa and is one of 14 children. She graduated from The University of NE at Omaha with a degree in Biology before obtaining her M.D. degree from The University of NE College of Medicine. She then served as a Flight Surgeon for the USAF for 2 years before completing her Dermatology Residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. After residency, she was stationed at Langley AFB in Virginia as their Dermatologist. After fulfilling her military obligation, Dr. Johnston joined a multi-specialty group in San Angelo, TX prior to opening her own private practice (Bel-Ami Dermatology) in 1999. In addition to general and surgical dermatology, she performed Mohs Micrographic Surgery and offered various cosmetic procedures. While continuing with her private practice, she stayed active in her medical community and served as Chief of Staff at San Angelo Community Medical Center from 2011-2012. She remains Board Certified in Dermatology, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Johnston moved to Florida in 2017 and worked in a dermatology office for 3 years prior to joining OnSpot Dermatology. She enjoys dancing and pickle ball and being close to her daughter in Tampa. She and her Dragonboat team are currently preparing to compete in the Club Crew World Championships in July 2022.
Sergey Arutyunyan DO, MS
Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Sergey Arutyunyan is a Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While in medical school, Dr. Arutyunyan was named 2015-2016 East Florida Physicians Alliance Scholar for his outstanding academic and research achievements. He was also inducted into Sigma Sigma Phi National Osteopathic Medicine Honors Fraternity. Furthermore, while at NSU, Dr. Arutyunyan was selected to serve as NSU COM research fellow, a prestigious opportunity allowing him to serve as Principal and Co-Principal Investigator for several research studies. As a medical student, he also received NSU Health Professions Division Research Grant, an accolade usually reserved for faculty led research. After medical school, Dr. Arutyunyan completed his Internship at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, FL where he received “Intern of the Year” award. He then went to complete Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery Residency at Larkin Community Hospital where he served as a Chief Resident. He then pursued a fellowship in Mohs Surgery at the Skin Institute of South Florida under the mentorship of Dr. Eli Saleeby and a fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery at Hollywood Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Specialists under the mentorship of Dr. Eduardo Weiss. During the fellowships, Dr. Arutyunyan performed over a thousand cases of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and reconstructions. As well, Dr. Arutyunyan received advanced training in numerous cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Dysport, Fillers (Restylane, Juviderm, Radiesse, Sculptra, Belotero, and many others), platelet-rich-plasma, as well as Lasers.
Charles Camisa, MD
Supervising Physician
Dr. Charles Camisa is a graduate of Cornell University and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He was an associate professor of Medicine at Ohio State University. From 1987 to 2006, Dr Camisa was a staff Dermatologists at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He was the Director of the Dermatology Residency Program from 1989 to 2006. From 1990 to 2006, he was the Vice Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at the Cleveland Clinic. From 2004 to 2019, Dr. Camisa was recognized as one of "America's Top Doctors" by CastleConnelly. In 2005, he was voted Dermatology Practitioner of the year by the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Camisa has contributed to the field of dermatology immensely. He is the author of over 140 peer-reviewed articles and textbook chapters on skin and oral diseases as well as the founder of the "Camisa Disease" which is a rare genetic variant of Vohwinkle's.
Jay Herbst, MD FAAD
Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Herbst attended medical school at the University of Miami, and then completed two full residency training programs. He completed both Internal Medicine and Dermatology residencies at the University of Miami-affiliated hospitals and Mount Sinai Medical Center, and is Board-Certified in both specialties. He is recognized throughout the country as an outstanding academician, researcher, teacher, and practitioner. He has published over 40 medical journal articles and textbook chapters, and has lectured extensively at medical conferences. Dr. Herbst is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and is a member of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, American Medical Association, and the Florida Medical Association.
Shahjahan Shareef, DO
Mohs Surgeon
Shah Shareef D.O. is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs and Cosmetic Surgeon. Dr. Shareef completed an accelerated dual undergraduate-medical degree program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Shareef completed his dermatology residency at OPTI West/Island Dermatology in Newport Beach, CA. Dr. Shareef trained under Dr. Eli Saleeby, a protege of Mohs micrographic surgery's founder, Dr. Frederic E. Mohs. With 3,000+ Mohs cases to his credit, he completed a fellowship involving over a thousand cases and advanced reconstructions. Concurrently, he pursued an American Society of Dermatologic Surgery Cosmetics Fellowship in South Florida with Dr. Eduardo Weiss & Dr. Shino Bay. His training covered a wide array of cosmetic procedures, including Botox®, dermal fillers, scar revision, and more. Dr. Shareef's contributions extend to presenting diverse dermatology topics at national conferences and publishing research in esteemed journals like JAMA Dermatology, BURNS, and Stem Cell Research and Therapy. Dr. Shareef is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and American College of Mohs Surgery. Outside of the office, Dr. Shareef enjoys traveling, running, tennis, basketball, music, and food.
Joshua Fox, MD
Mohs Surgeon
Joshua D. Fox, MD was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After receiving his undergraduate degree at Lander College for Men in 2011, Dr. Fox returned to Miami to pursue his medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. During this time, Dr. Fox pursued an additional year of training and research in cutaneous wound healing at the Dr. Phillip Frost University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. After graduating from medical school in 2016, Dr. Joshua D. Fox performed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Health Systems, and in 2017 began his dermatology residency at the historic and prestigious Dr. Phillip Frost the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. Dr. Joshua D. Fox graduated from a dermatology residency in 2020. He received the Jaime Battan Compassionate Patient Care Award and joined Miami Center for Dermatology in July 2020 as a dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. Dr. Joshua Fox is the founder of Orah Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. Dr. Joshua D. Fox was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. He is double-board certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Joshua D. Fox has authored, or co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed journal manuscripts, has presented numerous posters and presentations in local and national academic meetings, and has served as a “Jottings Article” author for the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. Dr. Fox has served as a peer-reviewer for numerous journals including the British Journal of Dermatology, the International Wound Journal, the Journal of Dermatologic Surgery, Annals of Internal Medicine, and others. Dr. Joshua Fox is passionate about providing optimal care for his patients and providing individualized treatment plans to achieve the best outcome for every patient. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Fox cherishes his time with his family and pursues outdoor recreation.
Claudia Char, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Claudia Char, APRN is a board-certified nurse practitioner in Miami, Florida. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology and subsequently a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University, serving as Class President and graduating Summa Cum Laude. Claudia then enrolled in a dual Masters and Doctorate program at Florida International University, while working as a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant Registered Nurse at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. After obtaining her Master’s degree, Claudia began her career as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner. She has extensive experience with skin conditions across all age groups and is currently pursuing her doctorate, focusing on enhancing acne management in pediatric primary care settings. A native of Cuba, she is fluent in Spanish, and can also provide services in Italian, enabling her to serve Miami's diverse community. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with her baby and fiancée, traveling the world, practicing yoga, and attending dermatology conferences.
Anna Smith, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Anna Smith, APRN, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from the University of South Florida in Tampa. After working in the ICU Department of a major Central Florida hospital, she followed her dream and furthered her education to obtain her Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner degree from South University in 2018. She has practiced as an APRN in both the Dermatology and Neurosurgery disciplines. Anna is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has a passion for various sports including wake surfing, wakeboarding, and wrestling.
Bealie Dib, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Bealie Grace Dib, APRN, graduated from AdventHealth University with an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2013. During her early nursing career, she held a leadership role as a Charge Nurse and trained nurses in the Transplant Surgical Progressive Care Unit. Cardinal Health presented Bealie the RNspire Honor for her ability to inspire and lead those around her. She then ventured into travel nursing in California while furthering her education through a combined BSN and MSN-FNP graduate nurse practitioner education program at Graceland University and graduated in 2019 with a Master of Science in Nursing. Bealie pursued her dream career in dermatology, where she continues to build her skills and knowledge in Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology. She is an active member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association. When she’s not practicing Dermatology, Bealie enjoys traveling with her husband and family, trying new foods, and working on her fitness.

Cynthia is a board certified nurse practitioner who has been in practice since 2015. She received her Masters of Science degree from the University of South Florida in 2015. In 2022, she obtained her Dermatology Nurse practitioner certification. Cynthia enjoys all aspects of general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Jessie Pardo
Physician Assistant
Jessie is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree in theater arts and biology. She went on to obtain her masters degree in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern university after spending a few years working in a dermatology clinic in northern Virginia. Jessie is Florida licensed and a member of the Society of Dermatology physician assistants. Practicing since 2018, she has experience in general dermatology and laser treatments. In her free time she loves to sing, travel and spoil her dogs.
Mei Mei Chan, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Mei Mei Chan received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She then practiced general dermatology in Chinese in New York City for a year before moving to Florida. In Bonita Springs FL, she practiced laser cosmetic dermatology for three years. For the past ten years, she specialized in geriatric dermatology all across southwest FL in nursing homes, independent and assisted living facilities. She is a member of Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. In her downtime, she enjoys yoga, oil painting and volunteering at Gulf Coast Humane Society.
Nicholas Tocco, PA-C

Nicholas Tocco, PA-C is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where he completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. Trained in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, he is now proud to join the OnSpot Fort Myers team. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He currently resides in Naples with his wife and four children.

Kim, a board-certified nurse practitioner, began her nursing journey with a BSN from Palm Beach Atlantic University, serving as an RN in the United States Air Force and later the pediatric ICU. She furthered her education with a master's degree from Georgetown University. Driven by her passion for dermatology, she completed a post-master's dermatology certification at Florida Atlantic University. Kim brings expertise in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is an active member in the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and she balances her professional dedication by spending time with family and traveling.
Peyton Murphy

Peyton is a talented and skilled medical assistant who is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Biology. His education as an undergrad at UCF was primarily concentrated in Biological Sciences as well as in Anthropology. He also gained extensive laboratory experience while researching Genomic Sequencing during his senior year. Peyton had the opportunity to join two different Public Health internships where his passion for rural medicine flourished. During these internships, he was able to provide medical care to impoverished communities in both Vietnam and Cambodia. Peyton was born in Sarasota and has lived in Florida his entire life.

Makayla is the on-site manager for our Palm Beach team. She is a recent graduate of UMass Amherst where she studied communication and public service. She started working with OnSpot as a member on the phones team but loved it so much she decided to move from Massachusetts to Florida to become more involved with OnSpot. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with patients and working side by side with her team. She strives to put a smile on faces of everyone she interacts with.

Amanda has over 17 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career as a medical assistant at an OB/GYN in SE Michigan where she grew up. Amanda moved to SW Florida 6 years ago with her husband, and two children. Amanda started her journey with OnSpot at the front desk, however it was not long before she fell in love with sharing just how amazing OnSpot's services are, and the importance of skin cancer screenings. With this love, she found her new home on the partnerships team, as the Partner Success Representative for the Fort Myers territory!

Dustin Hunt brings years of sales experience to OnSpot's business team. Previously, Dustin worked for Datto, a technology company in downtown Boston where he sold SaaS solutions to enterprise corporations. Previous to Datto, Dustin worked at Fuze, a global cloud communications and collaborative software company in Boston. As a General Manager at OnSpot, Dustin focuses on relationship building and Derma Drive™ scheduling with communities and organizations in Southwest Florida. Dustin received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and currently resides in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
Tom Dempsey

Tom Dempsey brings several years of sales and partnership management experience to OnSpot's business team. As General Manager, Tom oversees Derma Drive™ scheduling and relationship management for all community and corporate partners. Previously, Tom worked in the technology and media industries cultivating relationships with executives at local businesses and global corporations alike. Most recently, Tom worked for a high-growth software company in Boston's exciting tech space and before that as a key member of the sales and partnerships team at the #1 broadcast media outlet in Boston. Tom received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. He currently resides in Fort Myers, FL.

Cassandra Hunt is the voice of OnSpot! She is OnSpot's patient coordinator and patient scheduler and the person patients speak to when they call in to schedule an appointment or have questions about OnSpot's services. Matt Goldsberry

Matt Goldsberry is OnSpot's Chief Financial Officer. Previous to OnSpot, Matt was the CFO at one of the largest practices in Florida, Quigley Eye Specialists. Previous to Quigley, Matt was the Vice President of Finance at Riverchase Dermatology. Matt graduated from The Oho State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from University of Minnesota in Strategic Management. OnSpot is lucky to have Matt as a member of the team as we look to increase the availability and convenience of dermatologic care in Florida and beyond!
Darin Hunt
Marketing & IT Director
Darin is OnSpot’s Marketing and IT Manager. He is a recent graduate from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and has worked as a systems engineer and software engineer for the past three years. At OnSpot, Darin is responsible for how current and prospective patients hear about our services, keeping patients informed on company updates, branding as well as managing OnSpot’s IT infrastructure. He currently resides in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
Don Hunt
President
Don Hunt is President of OnSpot overseeing sales, marketing and operations of the business. Don is not a dermatologist, but he enjoys working directly with communities, businesses and universities to bring a great service to their residents, employees and students. Don is committed to changing the way patients interact with their dermatologist and creating a patient experience like no other by bringing the practice to you. After graduating from Trinity College 6 years ago, Don worked at GE and Akamai Technologies in various management positions. Don currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida.
Don Hunt

Don Hunt has been in the technology space for over 35 years and has held a variety of executive positions. Most recently, Don was CEO of You Technology, who was a pioneer in anonymous data and analytics. In that role, Don worked closely with the MIT Media Labs to develop next generation software models. At Nuance, he was President of Worldwide Field Operations. Nuance is the leader in voice recognition software. While there, he led the growth of Nuance from $200 million to over $1.2 billion dollars in annual revenues. Prior to Nuance, Don worked at Adobe, where he was EVP of Worldwide Enterprise Operations. Don lives in Gloucester, Massachusetts with his wife Kristen and his four children.
Steve Chambers
Board Member & Advisor
Steve Chambers serves as an advisor and board member for OnSpot Dermatology. He has over 25 years of high-tech CEO, sales and marketing experience on both start-ups and large technology company operations. Steve graduated from Wesleyan University with a bachelor of arts in English. He went on to Boston University where he graduated with an MBA in marketing and international business and MS in Communications, MS in Social Psychology from the University of Southern California, MA in Education from Harvard University, and is a doctoral candidate at Harvard in Education leadership. Steve served as President of Nuance Communications, the global leader in Voice Recognition and Artificial Intelligence solutions. In that capacity, Steve led a $2.1b revenue operation and negotiated deals with Apple, Samsung, Google, Amazon, Mercedes, Ford, Toyota, Bank of American, Federal Express, Verizon as well as other leading global organizations. He then went on to serve as CEO of Jibo, Inc. where he helped build the world's first consumer social robot for the home and having closed approximately $87m in funding from various venture and strategic capital sources.
