Dr. Alexander T. Herbst Joins OnSpot as Co-Medical Director Alongside Dr. Allan Harrington

Orlando, FL - Monday, July 31st - OnSpot Dermatology, the world's first mobile dermatology practice, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Dr. Alexander T. Herbst as its newest Co-Medical Director. Dr. Herbst brings with him an exceptional background and a wealth of experience in the field of dermatology, making him a valuable addition to the leadership team.

Dr. Herbst completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, FL. Prior to that, he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Chemistry and Biochemistry, summa cum laude, and the other in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry.

Dr. Herbst further honed his expertise during his residency at the prestigious University of Miami/Jackson Health System, where he completed a Dermatology Residency and showcased his leadership abilities as the Chief Resident.

Throughout his career, Dr. Herbst has demonstrated a passion for research and has contributed significantly to the field of dermatology through various publications. Notably, he co-authored research papers on topics ranging from immunosuppressant treatments in relation to COVID-19 to innovative laser treatments for skin conditions. His dedication to advancing dermatological knowledge has earned him a membership on the Education Research Committee of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Herbst's professional journey includes roles as a Dermatologist at South Florida Skin Center in Port Charlotte, FL, and as a Staff Physician in Dermatology at the University of Miami. His exceptional skills and patient-focused approach have been highly regarded by both peers and patients.
